An interview with Frank Roche
9-9-09  I recently had the opportunity to interview Frank Roche, a Republican Candidate for U.S. Congress, 4th district, North Carolina.  Mr. Roche has a master's degree in economics, and has had a 15 year career in international banking and foreign exchange before moving to North Carolina in 2007, and is currently living in the Raleigh area.  It was a pleasure to meet with Mr. Roche and discuss many issues that Americans currently are concerned with.
